Adorable pencil skirt (wiggle skirt?). You need a slim build for this skirt as there isn't a ton of curvy butt room, but it is amazing and looks great. New. Pinup or cute office perfect. Ordered online and it was about 1/2 inch too small to zip. Tag reads Medium but fits like a small. Waist is about 13.5 so fits about a 27 inch waist. I have 37 inch hips and it didn't quite work for me. Similar to what you'd find on modcloth. Reminds me of Mary Poppins. Costume or daily wear.
