lisaslovelies @awalsh727 hi there. This is a vest that keeps you warm in cold weather. It is so cute but I live in Florida and don’t need it. I bought a cute all cotton gray turtleneck with the same color pink stripes on the sleeves( also for sale) to go with this vest. The size is the smallest one Talbots makes. Would you like the measurements?
