Fitted like leggings. I thought they were for Women but turned out to be junior sized, just definitely not M for women. In perfect condition. Has two pockets with zippers and the ankles have zippers that run up to the calves. I’d say they could fit a woman who is sized XS. Joggers style. Bundle to save! All offers are welcome.

So from hip to hip, on a relaxed state on the ground, it gives a 13.5 inches measurement reading.
And I could comfortably stretch out the waistband to 18 inches.
