Betsey Johnson blue polka dot dress

Size 4 very pretty dress . There is a slight fabric pull in some of the polka dots as shown in last picture but it is hardly noticeable, other than that dress is in great condition. There is a elastic waistband under the top layer which makes it for that sliming look. Waist is 13.5 length is 34in and bust is aprox 15in. Accepting all reasonable offers
