cherylkkee @cherylfetsis Hi the waist is 20" laying flat, the length is 38" long from shoulder, Its one size from bust down, but there is only the inner and outer button on top so it kinda flares out, which is nice to show your outfit underneath. Definitely a fashion statement piece.
