jgmcarthur Hi. As size charts are very general and often misleading, would you permit me to ask you for the measurements in inches: * from underarm to underarm * from top of the shoulder along the sleeve to the end of the cuff and * at the back, from the centre base of the neck down to the bottom of the shirt. What’s the fabric content of this shirt? Is it a print on perhaps cotton to where the fabric is smooth or does it have a texture to it almost as if woven? Thanks for your patience and guidance!

islandartist @jgmcarthur No problem❤️. Shirt weighs 11.5 oz. Other Woodin shirt 95% cotton and 5% Lurax but no fabric tag on this shirt. Cotton is smooth, no texture, see new photo. Chest pit to pit - 44 Shoulder seam to colar - 6.5 Sleeve from shoulder to end of cuff - 26 Length center back - 30.5

jgmcarthur @islandartist Islandartist, thanks so very much for the measurements which are most helpful but if you could extend your patience once more I have to ask about the measurement underarm to underarm at 44” which doesn’t comport with all the other measurements which are in line with what might be a Large size. I wonder if your 44” measurement was not just for underarm to underarm at the front but to include the back as well?

jgmcarthur @islandartist you’ve been very patient with me but it looks as if the width is going to be too small. I needed the front underarm measurement to be at least 24” but as 44” represents both front and back widths then it will be too tight a fit. It’s a great shirt which I’m sure will sell and thanks again for your guidance!
