minasanti Hello!! I’ve received these shoes today and they’re way too small. Also they have some purple stains. I believe it’s from the purple tissue paper that was inside the box . I tried cleaning it but it’s not coming off . I would appreciate if you can resend me another pair, size bigger and please without any stains. I’m size 8. Thank you.

_blackbird @minasanti Hi there! Thank you again for your purchase. In terms of sizing , as I mentioned here in the description these shoes run small and customers need to order size up. Unfortunately, I don’t have any bigger sizes left in stock. As for stains, yes they must have been damaged from the tissue paper during transportation as I packed them brand new without any stains.
