Red and black stretchy short dress

Good/used condition, worn a few times. May have minor signs of wear. Very Stretchy! Length: 29", bust: 15" wide can stretch to 19", arm openings: 10" wide, sleeves: 8" long, drawstrings 29" long, neck 6" low and wide. No size or material tag so please look measurements. . Measurements are most of the time spot on but can be off by a little, so please do not hold me to any of these measurements, they are just a rough estimate. . Please do not come back on me if the color of item is a shade or 2 different in person then what the pics captured, It is not always the easiest to get the right color captured on cam. . I do my very best to be as thorough/detailed as possible with my listings, I do not hide anything. But there has been times I have accidentally missed minor flaws unintentionally, so please be as understanding as possible ❤️. .
