rockinroro Hi, I have a general question….when there’s a problem with an item I received and posh mark offers me a let’s say $10 posh credit and I get to accept the order, does that mean I get a full refund that I paid for the order, still keep the order and get a $10 posh credit? Or does it mean I keep the order but get no refund but get $10 posh credit? I’ve asked Poshmark and they don’t respond.
