Pale green toddler cardigan sweater

This sweater is from Bolivia. It is NOT alpaca, but some sort of blend (no tag.) The size tag says 2, but I think it fits more like a 3. Please see measurements. The pictures look like brighter than it really is. EUC. (Bin3)
