5X Rosegal Maroon dress with belt. New w/tags

Bought this dress for a vintage cosplay event but the material was too clingy for me. Says 5X but fits for size 24. There is a few marks on the dress but it will most likely come out with wash. This dress has not been worn so never been washed. Smoke and pet free home.
