cara_eng @christindiane3 There is elastic at the top of the dress, around the shoulders. There is a lining underneath the dress that is Polyester, and has some stretch to it. The Outer layer is Rayon. I tried this dress on and it's not form fitting/tight. It's very comfortable! The Bust looks to be 21", and the waist 20". Hope this helps!! :)
