lenalaire Is this item true to size? I’m generally a L/XL in most brands but the measurements here put me in a 3X. Does this brand just run super small?

rockabillygirlz @lenalaire Its a vintage cut is why it seems like it runs small. Im happy to do a manual measurement for you to double check the actual garment for you. I'll pull the 3x and check. I was taken back too but always remember don't go by the number go by the measurements on the garments. Measurements don't lie. Manufacturer's do lol. Brb

rockabillygirlz @lenalaire Oh and ALWAYS ask about the material. If there's spandex in the material composition then there's stretch to help hug curves and forgive in inches if needed.

rockabillygirlz @lenalaire Ok on the 2XL the waist laying flat is 16" so that's a 32" waist. Little stretch because of sewn gathering. Bust is only 20" flat. So runs smaller. Now on 3xl The waist flat is 17" so that's 34" waist. Bust armpit to armpit 21" un-stretched. The bust is separate from the front flap that stands up in front to have the front pleat as almost a "shield" like if that makes sense. See pics to see what I mean. Hope this helps some

rockabillygirlz @rachelboop64 On the 4x the Bust is 46" waist 38". The size chart for this dress shows the 3xl is 14/16 & 4xl is a 16/18. It is a vintage cut and not stretchy. I always suggest to size up in this situation. Hope this helps ❤

I think the XL is too big, the medium is a slight squeeze, so the large is what I need. Im just goign to have to keep my eyes peeled. Thank you!!
