Hi, A couple questions: How high is heel? How tall is the shaft (including or excluding heel)? and How big is the circumference of the very top of the boot? Thanks!

If you have flexible tape measure, just measure around the top. If not, just lay it flat and measure across with a ruler...and then double it. Thanks
