darbymoreau I have this vintage 1950's (or so) Saks Fifth Ave jacket that reminds me of the vibe this jacket gives off. I'm not sure why, they are totally different jackets. Mine is kinda uniform-esque. Almost school girly... but it's totally a woman's sport coat. I'll have to tag you when I post it to see if you can see what I mean. It needs some work though.
