jettiepearls @michellecowensc it has elastic around top, which can stretch out to 33 inches to go across your shoulders, the waist has elastic as well and can stretch out to 23 inches ( I measured front) I would say it fits 12-14. I wear a large, and I tried it on.

fever4fashion Love this! I have a long torso and long legs. Can you please tell me the measurements of the Size Medium...rise & inseam of the shorts, & the waist of the shorts on the Medium? Also, does the fabric itself have any stretch to it? Thank you!

jettiepearls @fever4fashion the fabric is stretchy, it's that crinkle material. From elastic waist to hem of shorts it's 15 in, the inseam is 14 in. Total length from top to bottom of shorts is 28 1/2 in.
