Blue bird Rough-out Cowboy Boots. These high end,hand made boots retail for $998. The inlays are all hand cut and the toe boxes are hand carved. Gorgeous one of a kind look at a great price. These are brand new so the leather will be stiff and they will need some breaking in to fit comfortably. I think most cowboy boots run small and recommend sizing up.

cynthiartx @mldysheldon Hello, yes there are two sizes on the listing: 8 and 8.5. These are the last two pairs. They run about a half size small unless you have very narrow feet.

cynthiartx @parr504 Hi, I just saw this. I also saw you opened a case and somehow it's already been closed in my favor. I am happy to swap them out for you but you would have to pay the shipping. I own a brick and mortar store and had several pairs of these boots in a couple different styles and everyone had to size up, so sorry they are too big.

cynthiartx @parr504 I have sold a couple other pairs on eBay and Posh and shipping is pretty expensive. The shipping through eBay via USPS was over $20 - they weigh 6lbs. I had to pay for an over weight shipping label through Posh so in addition to the $6.50 you paid I got charged an additional $3.99 to ship - still a bargain vs regular Usps price though. Again happy to swap but you would have to pick up shipping both ways - let me know and I will pull the 8s out of my store

parr504 @cynthiartx Thanks so much Cynthia. This is my first experience with POSH so I appreciate your help. Can I buy a return label through POSH to return the 8.5s? And then I would pay your POSH shipping costs for you to ship the size 8s. If I understand your Email, it would be about $11 each way through POSH for shipping. I would do that to have the right size. But $20+ each way would be quite a hit Thanks for letting me know! I can call you at the store if that's easier.

cynthiartx @parr504 Hello, Unfortunately, since Posh already closed the case and denied the claim, there's not anything they will do. With that said, you can contact them and ask if there is anything they can do to help you with shipping costs. If you can find a cheaper shipping method, I'm happy to use whatever service you want. Not sure if UPS or FEDEX ground would be any cheaper. As I mentioned, I have shipped several pairs of these boots so I know the box weighs 6lbs.

parr504 @cynthiartx Oh man. I guess I will have to look into shipping options. I have so much invested already :-(. I really appreciate your responsiveness. I did my best to politely explain to POSH what happened, and asked what could be done. I have to say their reply was cold, impersonal and they just abruptly "closed the case" then have ignored me. Not too impressed...

cynthiartx @srelien I had multiple pairs of these boots some sold on Posh, some sold in my brick & mortar store. Once one of the items sell on a listing with multiple items you can’t delete it. Can only mark it not for sale.
