maribizel03 @klamb6 No I just have a size 6 but they do run a little small so if you are a bigger size 4 the 6 will fit but if you are a smaller 4 closer to a 2 they will be too big. Hope that helps

maribizel03 @swebre @swebre laying flat they are 13 inches across the waist and hips are about 17 inches. They do sit higher up on the waist and fit truer to a size 4. Hope that helps
