Well right now in a little heavier than normal and am actually in the process of losing weight which makes this more difficult lol.. Up too I'm a 36c and usually where a 6 sometimes a 8 depending on the cut

I have the pink and white dress already and have a small in it and it fits well. Does that help at all ? But if this is smaller than that dress I should be a medium

@atrap913 For a slightly loose fit, a medium would work as well since this dress drapes very well, it would just drape against your body and gives a nice fit.
