arasplayground Ohhh..so elk tastes better..but the deer that I have tried was delicious..its like beef jerky but not tough..it was all the way from the Philippines and they served it here (california )for breakfast with fried rice and egg..it was my first time to try it.. it's 11:39 pm now and all this talk about food is making me hungry😄😄😄
