Strapped cage drew - game of thrones costume

Long blue dress with cut out top, and scoops in back. Drapey. Elastic waist. Slit up one side. Slip inside is cocktail length. All polyester but an almost "chiffon-like" woven. Gold hardware detailing. I bought this to wear as a costume for Game of Thrones Khaleesi dress- I but felt the hips were too tight on me. It's been on a hanger for over a year, and there's a slight "tear" on one strap. Easily fixed with a quick stitch.
