@laurenmarcelle to my surprise they were 13 inches laid flat so it would be a 26 but im not sure how accurate that is tbh since when measuring there is that sort of dip in the front f the pants if that makes any sense. Thank you for being so patient I hope that helped

I actually chatted with someone on the AA website last night to see what size I should get, and he said I should order one size up from my usual since it is the petite style and the waist will be a little smaller. I'm usually a 26 so I'm worried these might be too small :( :(
