Just be sure to continue to always follow posh rules --only allowed items for sale, no trades, and absolutely no paypal -- doing any of the no-no's will negate all chances of a host pick. So far, you"re doing great and your closet looks great! As you know, having a host pick is a huge honor. It also will help get you and your closet get more exposure --and potentially more followers.

When someone shares one of my listings I try to share back 5-10 of theirs! Follow as many people as possible! Most will follow you back! And constantly work on improving your closet pics!!! Being on posh for awhile I've learned it's best to ask as many questions as possible. That way if you get something and it's not what was described you can decline the order.

@around900 Just read through all of that. Wow so crazy. I'm sorry that you've had a bad experience on posh. There are some questionable people on here, but for the most part people are really honest. If I have a problem I always go straight to PM support and don't bother with trying to deal with seller unless it's someone I know. Just FYI I reported the closet since she conducts transactions off posh. That's a big no no.

@meshelldsports In the mean time the best ways to display items without a mannequin is to 1. use a stock photo 2. Put the item on and model it if it fits 3. Doing a flat coversot. There are some useful tips on the Poshmark blog I believe.

@llanoor Hi Danielle lovely to meet you! Where in Baltimore are you? Im about 25 minutes north of the city in the Bel Air area/ harford county. Lulu and Anthro are always good sellers! I looked at your closet and your listings look great! Nice cover photos. The best tip I have as to be more successful is to share yours and others closets as much as you can. Also follow as many people as you can as most will follow you back. .

Also with Anthro and Lulu it helps if you can track down the stock photo and also the item name. I'll see if I can find the names of your Anthro pieces, but I'm not super knowledgeable with Lulu. @azfashiongal Hi Kathy :) I don't sell on kid's resale sites, but I've heard good things about Tot Spot. I generally take all of my daughters clothing for a size and season say fall/winter 4/T and photograph and sell it as one lot on eBay. Typically I can get anywhere from $100-$300 per lot for about 50-100 pieces of clothing from brands like Carters, Old Navy, Osh Kosh etc.

@kjseide Ugh it is sooooo bad I try to stick to one thing in and one thing out, but it usually ends up being three in and one out hahaha! I think that's pretty good I think I paid $30 for mine. Plus it looked to be in pristine condition! It's just a nice top to brighten up dreary days. I wear mine to work a lot

thank you so much. huge compliment coming from you! You would laugh if you could see me taking pictures. I have this little table pushed all the way up to my bay window trying to get every ounce of sunlight. haha If the pictures have too much yellow in them still, I use the "temperature" setting on instagram to make them more white. That's it! Have any tips for me?
