5diane5 @elisa143 @gypsyangel. Almost done. I'm slow but persistent. I think my very last page will be a snap shot from Poshmark's closet guidelines. Haven't decided yet. They offered me a cohost of a party for 10/18 ? but I'm going to decline. Trying to simplify things in my life and not inviting anything stressful. I'm better but that's relative in a sense. I'm never "well" in the big sense of that word. Just grateful to be alive. Went to a wedding and crashed for 18 hours the next day. Whew!!! it was great though & my Neice was a beautiful bride. So happy and really in love with a good guy. Beautiful museum setting in Washinton DC. She entered alone down a huge winding staircase to a marbled gallery room that opened onto these palatial stares to the outside where they did the wedding party pics. The weather was perfect. I think she had a dozen bridesmaids. The ceremony was in the gallery of course with seating in the round. It was worth all the planning. The wedding cake was actually delicious. Most are hideous tasting though gorgeous to look at. Hers was both gorgeous and good. Enough about my family. How are you two holding up? Excited I'm sure. I'm glad for both of you and I know I'm turning down a great opportunity but I'm just not up to it so it's best to decline. Good luck ladies. I'll be there at your party with bells on. Lol.

hippieheartsoul @5diane5 im glad you had a great time at the wedding, sounds beautiful. and I always loved D.C., Ive been there a few times, such a great city. its such a nice trip to take, because for me it doesnt take to long to travel to and there is so much to see and best, most of it is FREE!!! Thank you, looking forward to hosting, I want to showcase girls closets that dont get alot of exposure. As soon as I know what the theme is... I will begin my search. Please stay well. 5diane5 @elisaamari Just leaving AC with my husband who's on vac this week. No big wins this time. Rented a scooter to get around in Caesar's Casino. I have a story to tell about that casino. Whew!!! They made a room key for a man who was staying in 3220 but told the front desk he was in 3120 our room. He had lost his room key. They failed to check his ID or that he was fact registered in that room. I'm in bed sound asleep to hear this noise at the door. He had gained entry with the key and thought I was in his room. I never saw his face because thank God we had breakfast in the room and the rolling cart was inside in front of the door blocking his entrance which was the noise I heard. He's confused wanting to know how I got in his room 3220. I am in a sleep haze but corrected him saying no its 3120. He says "... but my clothes are all in the closet". Still dopey I say "...come on & look, your clothes aren't here". By then he's realized his mistake and leaves passing my husband on the elevator saying "My day just got real bad". My husband would have been there in time thank God if he'd had harmful intent. I'm fully awake now and it dawns on me what's happened so I'm on the phone with the front desk when my husband walks in. Of course I'm upset by then. My initial thoughts were he was housekeeping because he gained entry. They comped us financially but not a lot, just enough to shut me up and apologize for the inconvenience. Could have been real bad but God is good. That's my newest AC story. I was very lucky. They would have given that man a key to any room. The front desk person must have been new I guess but whatever they're in a lot of trouble. Thank goodness it was an honest mistake. rockinrobyn Hi Diane! Nice to meet you. I have a question about etiquette. I was looking at different closets today and found one that was selling USED make-up, USED underwear and THONGS, a used shower curtain and even showed moldy areas at the top where it hung on the shower rings. She was even selling an old Coors Light (sp?) cooler! She had like 400+ items. Most of them were all Disney-like pins. Seriously! There was so much junk on there I felt like I was at a yucky yard sale! I tried to report some of the items. Some of them were already sold 😝. What can be done in this situation? It would be horrible if a very first time Posher saw her closet/ yard sale first! I am pretty new to Poshmark and absolutely L❤️VE it! It is such a loving and supportive community with awesome deals on really great items! The etiquette is so easy to follow to me, it's just all in good taste. 5diane5 @rockinrobyn Sorry for my delay responding. Poshmark staff need to be alerted but I can't really do anything to control what others do with their closet except complain as you've done. If you're really disturbed, in the upper right hand corner is a button that allows you to report a closet to the appropriate Poshmark staff designated to manage these issues. I guess you can also send a message to customer support to alert them if its really bothering you and is egregious. It's wonderful that you feel an ownership here and want high standards for the community. My reference people if I have a question/concern have been @gypsyangel @elisaamari @instinct and @couturegirl. They are veterans but I've only been here for about 6 months so I'm really no expert. I've been in & out due to health issues so if I'm delayed in responding that's why. It's so nice to meet you Robyn (even in this unfortunate context) and welcome aboard. Thanks also for your nice compliments. Note my email address atop my closet if you want to contact me for more personal chats. rockinrobyn Thank you so very much for your advice! I actually know a couple of the contacts you gave me! 😊 What a small world. I totally understand being ill. I've been fighting tooth and nail the past 4 years against my illness/illnesses.... when it rains it pours!😩 I have 3 little ones 😇😇😇. I have no idea how I would make it without God, Jesus, my 3 babies, my Mom and Dad (divinely put 2 miles away) and my husband! I used to be a successful real-estate agent, working in various fields for over 12 yrs. I loved what I did and was proudly very good at it! 🎉 After I had my third child, I had a full hysterectomy about 1 1/2 yrs. later. After all the complications.., I started coming down with one auto- immune disease after another... I went to The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH just to find out that my problems were 100 x worse than we had originally thought....😩 I've been through every cancer treatment known to man which all about killed me and added 60 lbs. to my once nice figure I was blessed with AND worked on to keep. I'm 36 now and am still so darn sick! It is such an ugly battle.... It really has messed with my head. I used to be one of the most out going, happy, hardworking, soccer mom loving, dance mom extraordinaire, chef, maid, homework helper wiz, etc..... My children have had to stay with my Mom and Dad for 3 yrs. now. 😭 I've learned that your entire life can turn on a dime and you should count your blessings not just daily, but hourly! I'm 5'7" and usually wore a size 4 and maybe closer to a 6 after 3 children. In 1 1/2 yrs. I went to a tight size 14. I've lost about 20 lbs. but my waist waivers all over the place. I truly have no idea what my pant size is!! People keep telling me to measure here, measure there but readings really don't make sense!!! 😡 I can wear a 10 one day then 2 weeks later I'm reaching for some of my tighter 14's again... Same with the top. I've pretty much always been a medium with my height in all. Then my bra size quadrupled! I thought I would like that... but it made me look even bigger. I bought several larges. They give me more room but I feel soooo much bigger! I seriously barely eat. I can't really exercise because of my lungs. They are full of Sarcoidosis. It's the main auto- immune disease I have... It's everywhere, lungs, most organs, nervous system(most painful!), muscles, bones, skin and it even affects my eyes! It's called Uveitis... My eyes literally swell up. I cannot look at sunlight, the tv, my iPhone, iPad, computer, etc....! It usually lasts around 4 days. I have to stay in complete darkness... even with an eye mask on. 😱 There is not a whole lot of research on Sarcoidosis or some of the other auto-immune diseases I have. I live in the Houston area, which has one of the best medical centers in the world and I have the hardest time getting doctors to take my case! Go figure! Anyway, I'm so glad I could talk to you about some of this stuff. There's something about you that allows me to open up. Thank you for that, sincerely. I think comments cut off pretty quickly on here. I may email this to you also. I am always willing to give a listening ear or a "virtual" shoulder to cry on... couturegirl Hi Diane!! How are you feeling? I'm not on much anymore, just tired of the bs and unfairness, especially after our group was made to close yet they are allowing this new one to stay up. Plus we are doing an addition to our house and it's been problem after big problem..which has made my own health problems worse! So I focus more on the other sites I sell on and will probably slowly start taking my stuff off here. But I saw your tag and wanted to jump on and say hi!!! @rockinrobyn I know your frustration with seeing garbage on here..it's become more like trashmark! Unfortunately all you can do is report the items but they don't do much about it because it's gotten so out of control and they don't have the staff to take care of it. It's a fine line because you also don't want to police peoples closets. I will say the one great thing about this site are the friends I've met...some will be lifelong friendships! And Diane is one of the kindest I've met. She will always help or point you in the right direction..and she has a beautiful closet!! If you ever have a question please don't hesitate to ask💗

dikacie Hello Diane @rockinrobyn @elisaamari Ladies I understand some of the trashy profiles, also there are really very nice ones that throw in childrens and mens clothing and want you to use PayPal then the Low ballers. I do report the profiles that are not following Posh Guidelines. And refuse to Trade Hold or use Paypal. I'm going into my 3rd month and I'm learning along the way. Ms Robyn. I will pray for you and the illnesses that are inflicting pain in your life. I do understand. I myself have Lupus Thyroid problems and recently diagnosed with MS. I am allergic to most pain pills and what I'm not they won't give me at home. I believe in the Positive effects of Prayer. Have a Blessed Sunday all ! ♥

dikacie Hi Elisa I'm doing rather well! Thank you xoxo. .. Mother lost the sight in one of her eyes the Dr using injections of s cancer drug once s month into the back of c the Retina. Hopeful this helps her regain her vision. I hope your well. As I keep you in my prayers. Big Smiles your way!!
