msox73 @lisakwun82 these are cute! I'm actually wearing another pair of your pants right now! Unfortunately, we just got back from the dr and my son tested positive for influenza B & his kidneys aren't working right. And, one of my posh customers isn't happy. She can't fit in the shoes I sold her. I feel awful. I don't want my son to suffer and I didn't realize the shoes were THAT small. They're brand new. I told her she could sell or return them. Whichever is easier. What do u think I should do?

lisakwun82 @msox73 unfortunately, the lady won't be able to return simply for sizing issues. Posh won't allow it. The only way she would be able to return them is if you wrote the wrong size on the listing.

msox73 @lisakwun82 You are so sweet! At first the dr freaked me out! She had all these nurses come in and test him. When the results came back she said she felt better b/c she knew what was wrong with him and that he only had a little protein in his urine. (U shouldn't have any).** So, the buyer can't return my shoes? I said in my listing the shoes were labeled a 7.5, but were too tight for me so I was selling them as a 7. Did I do it right? What do I do now?

Hope he has a speedy recovery and I hope you get some rest as well! 😔 yes, if you were very clear in your description and wrote "labeled a 7.5 but selling as a 7" then a return will most likely not be issued by Poshmark. Only when an item is damaged, not matching the description, or listed incorrectly by size will they issue a refund.

lisakwun82 @msox73 don't be too hard on yourself. You did everything right and nothing wrong. I know you feel bad, but you're not to blame and that's kind of the risk you take when buying shoes online. You can tell her to resell them a little higher than what you did to make her money back and then some.

lisakwun82 @kirby2809 are these the ones? These fit like a 26 if you're interested? They don't have a lot of stretch to them. I can try to look at the tag and see if i can find more info for you. Most likely, they won't have the name of the jeans on them. I purchased these several years back. I think in 2006 or 2007? They will be hard to find. 😬
