boydly Sorry, it's annoying when people ask for measurements, I just have bought a few things that didn't end up fitting and I haven't been able to re-sell them. :)

poppinrobin @boydly sorry for delayed response!!! It's hard to give an accurate measurement since the fabric has a little give to it, plus that is where the elastic paneling is on the back so it stretches. But it measures 15" across when laid flat on floor (30" around), right below the bust area/rib cage area.
