klmason2002 @calisweetness32 yes it is. The bottom half of the dress has a little stretch to it and the top fits snug on me. I'm a 32C. The straps can easily be taken in for a smaller bust but the way the dress lays it may not be needed.

klmason2002 @calisweetness32 In BCBG max I wear an XXS to XS or a 0, bc generation I wear a 0-2, Alice Olivia 0, H&M usually 4 & topshop 0. Most dresses if there's a stretch I would wear a 0 but if not a 2 and this dress would fit a 0-2.
