Cotton/spandex velvet pant. Worn once. 31.5" inseam, 42" side seam sits high at the waist. Waist is 33". Flared leg is 22". Hip is 40". Swirl pattern almost looks like a zebra stripe. These are an old Express "11/12" this is pretty equivalent to their current size 10.

Some fabrics just cling tight no matter what the size. I guess I am wondering if they would look tight on me.

@doreenpettit if I remember correctly, I had them unzipped while "modelling" them. ;-)
I think I did a pretty thorough job of measuring them. Let me know if there is another measurement you'd need. They're not stretchy fabric.
