5.11 tactical gear pants size 38

Hi I bought these for husbands uniform wardrobe but he doesn't like them . Thus here we are I have them up for sale . Color is black . Been worn maybe twice . No damage to the pants hem . No holes or tears or stains. Zipper ,snaps all work as they should.
