Bright and colorful Mexico souvenir novelty scarf. Scarf does have glitter on it, and cannot be cleaned. Has one small dot of white in the red border (location in video!) which looks to be from when made. Some light fraying on edges of scarf but overall good condition. Measures 34 x 34 in
