‘50s vintage plaid skirt

i bought this from a vintage store and it is supposedly from the 1950s and was handmade. the skirt is a little rough in a few places as it is missing its button and its belt loops are coming off in a few places (as shown in pictures). i secured the skirt with a safety pin that i’m leaving on it, other than those issues, the skirt is in great condition and makes a beautiful twirl
