50’s khaki green cargo maxi skirt

50's vintage khaki green maxi cargo skirt. Has the cutest Snoopy label on the back. 1959, 1955 United Feature Syndicate. No marked size tag but it is 12.5 inches at the waist (25 inches). Maybe a small in women's? Please refer to measurements to make sure it fits. Has two pockets on the front and a middle slit in the back. Flaw: garters (the stretchy parts on the sides of the waist) on the side are a tiny bit crunchy and should be replaced soon. Measures 12.5 inches at the waist (25 inches but there is some garter on the sides to stretch a little more to at least 27-28 inches), hips are 17 inches (34 inches) and it is 30.5 inches long. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits. Used item, has been washed.
