50s Brocade Dress

Vintage sleeveless dress with blue & green brocade swirl/cloud pattern. 50s/60s. Matching belt, 2 strings. Double piping at neck and sleeves. Metal zipper down back. Hook and eye (loop of thread). Bra strap holders. Interesting tag KB. Face of Pan? Some pulls in fabric, especially near zipper but also at waist and several other spots. Orange stains on back near neck. Possibly hanger rust? Otherwise fine vintage condition. Laying flat, measures about 17" pit to pit. 13" at waist. No stretch.
