@haitam11 if it says "delivered", you have to contact your local post office. Maybe the left you a notice and you didn't see it or maybe the didn't leave a notice at all (my mail carrier does that sometimes) and just took it back to the post office. You need to go down there and give them your tracking number

@designerhalfoff hello. I just checked tracking. Says it was out for delivery yesterday but “no access”. Not sure what that means because I live in a gated community and my mail man is always able to deliver and there was regular mail in the mailbox yesterday and there was no attempted delivery notice 🤷🏽♀️. He comes late (6pm ish). I’m at work right now but I’ll go by the post office in the morning if it isn’t delivered today.

@sarahkhill13 I just left the post office. They were holding the package because it needed ‘additional postage’ which was INCORRECT. Whoever attempted to scan it when I dropped it in the bin must’ve been new. I spoke to the manager about it as well and she stated that it should’ve never been held. I am so sorry for the inconvenience. She personally scanned it herself and sent it on its way. The package should be there no later than Wednesday.

I’ve researched this designer for sometime and pretty much summed up that sizes vary from style to even shoe material and height.

@joiecel thank you 😊. I’m a US size 10 in heels and a 9-9.5 in flats. When I purchase Louboutin flats, I sometimes get a 40.5 or 41 depending on the style. When I purchase Louboutin heels, I absolutely MUST get a 41. A 41.5 in anything pointed toe in that brand is a must for me.
