Paid $1400 for the bag. I still have the original box and bag. In PERFECT condition. Only used once. This purse has a beautiful trim with golden hardware. It's got adjustable shoulder straps, two outside pockets with a long snap closure, pocket on side for cell phone, and a zip top. The dimensions are 15.3"L x 10.5 H x 4.7". Date code: MB1027. But most SAs will, they just have make sure you understand that the answer they give you is their personal opinion and is not on behalf of LVMH. But My Poupette will give a written letter of authenticity.

lipstickkatie @shill @rdesigns85 The purse is my mom's. she has multiple statements from the LV store here in Jacksonville, FL saying that the purse is authentic. She replaced a zipper on one of her other LV and they offered her $1500 for this purse. Unfortunately, she didn't take it. This style has been discontinued. I honestly know nothing about these purses. I'm taking it to the LV store tomorrow to find out the style and other details.

recyclerestyle Actually, I used to work for LV! At the Mall at Millenia not too far from you! I love the St. John's Town Center!! I can give you some info now if you'd like...this bag is the Multipli-Cite and has 3 size opions, this is the largest. It's original retail price was $1,400 before being discontinued in the Summer of 2008. I can tell, based on the photos, that is bag is authentic. You will find the date code heat stamped on the Alcantra lining, inside of one the the pockets near a seam. Don't worry I'm not trying to down your cred, but LV does not issue authenticity letters. Most people run when they see this because they are often faked by scammers. They do issue repair statements with the info from the bag which can be used for authenticity purposes since LV does not work on ANY replica items. Hope I was able to help some! recyclerestyle Oh and be careful saying LV offered $1,500 for the bag. LV NEVER buys back bags, like ever. The people who spend this kind of $ on bags, know this and will run from your post. You may want to take that bit out. As for the pricing, your best bet is to refer to Fashionphile or Malleries. They are well known resellers of designer goods and are my go-to sites 😋 In my opinion, I'd price your bag atleast $100 less then their lowest. They offer warrenties and have a buy back program which entices many buyers into spending a little more. Sorry for all the info, I just know you said you don't know anything about these kind of bags and its pretty much all I do haha!! Let me know if you ever have any questions 😄

I am 100% sure it is authentic based on the statements from LV, but like I said need to get more info on where and how to sell it. You were a great help! Do you think that this bag is worth selling? From what my mom told me many people have told her its worth quite a bit of money. I don't want to make any mistakes!

recyclerestyle I personally LOVE this bag because of all the pockets. But unfortunately it's not worth 'a lot'. Some times the value will stay higher when a certain fabrication is discontinued for a particular style, but that style is still in production in another fabric. This one though, through rumors, was discontinued because lack of sales. And does not hold its value like the others. Your bag is in great shape though, I would say asking around $650-$725 (room for those hagglers) is your best bet at selling it. If your mom would be willing to accept that. I may know a few people interested, if they don't already have it LOL!! I would buy it but I just spent wayy to much to get a new Artsy GM :P Let me know what you/she decides and then I'll tag my LV buddies!!
