Fun L/S Floral Print Belted Dress

I look at this and I think of the Kentucky Derby! Such a girly, feminine dress with button closure all the way down, puffy/pleated at shoulders, cuffed at sleeves, adorable fit-and-flare bottom, gorgeous floral print... uniquely great for special occasions! The belt isn't attached; there are only 2 side loops for the belt with a rhinestone-studded frame. Size Small.
