Flowy Tie Dyed Midi Skirt

Flowy Tie Dyed Midi Skirt is 100% Cotton very soft. Blue and white pattern with almost a 3" band on top. The bottom of the skirt has a slight rolled hem. Aline and flowy. perfect for the beach, vacation or dead head festival. There is no size tag but I think would fit large or xl. check photos for measurements. Has some stretch and hangs well.
