NWOT. Never worn, new condition, no known flaws. Price is for both pairs. Both are stretchy. IMO, Express always runs a little big, so these can probably fit a size small as well. Both are solid black, but one is ribbed and is a bit longer than the other. Both are polyester and spandex - please view the tags for specifics.
