$5 clean out NORDSTROM FRENCHI FLARED SKIRT SIZE S (fits XS)

Pre-owned condition, black flared skirt from Nordstrom. Some signs of wear such as piling, creasing/snagging, but not too noticeable when worn. (See upclose photo for example). Laid flat, measurements are about 12 inches across the waist, and 15 inches in length. The elastic inside the waistband is warped, but still functional. This runs small and fits a XS in my opinion.
