The Wellington vintage lighters are from Japan. The Smith Brick Company lighter open all the way and is in pretty good condition. The other Wellington lighter has "1954" etched in the lid. It opens all the way, but is missing a screw on one side of the lid. The Red Wind Masters lighter opens the whole way. The G.R.O Ronson lighter opens the whole way and is in good condition, however, the G.M.O. Ronson lighter does not open the whole way. AS IS. "NeatBids Marketplace" is a reselling company.
