5 Mugwort Smudges

Home grown and handmade by me! Fresh cut and dried mugwort from the garden, wrapped into smudge bundles using hemp or cotton cord. These produce a nice smoky and citrusy scent when burned. You will receive 5 mini smudges (about 4-6" long)! Smudges are popularly used for cleansing of the environment and meditation. Mugwort is sometimes called the "dream weed" because of claims that it promotes vivid dreams. Sometimes used for 'moxibustion' which may produce a relaxing effect. Some believe it can treat menstrual cramps or turn a baby in breech position during pregnancy. May also be used as bug repellant or incense!
