Issued in 1967 to tie-in with the new film starring Rex Harrison as the good Doctor (photo still from the movie graces one side of the box), this is the First Printing in this format (First, thus). All books are in VG+ condition: completely clean, most feel never opened or read! Some show slight corner curling or creasing, most have slight rubbing to extremities. Pages tanned, heavier around edges, commensurate with age, but completely unmarked. The cardboard slipcase/box is sturdy, with rubbing to extremities from shelfwear, especially along bottom edge, which shows a very short tear near bottom opening. A nice set of these classics!
