Blair Floral Blouse Size SML

🛍️Blair Floral Blouse Size SML, with shoulder pads. I have never seen a size like this before so please read the measurements. 100% polyester. Both sides have 3" slits. No holes no rips and had only been washed in cold water and lined dried. Approximate measurements: pit to pit 21", length from top of shoulder 24 12". Non smoking house but kitty friendly.
