Reposhing this item I purchased from @mozzafiato1. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
This has a black tank top front part only attached on each side. It is sewn in and has shoulder pads attached to the tank part. Not really removable. But if you’re a seamstress I’m sure you can figure it out how to remove it.

@sporkgirl hi. It is 27 inches wide from under arm side seam to other side seam.
Plus it has a faux tank top built in. Just the front of a tank top black so you can wear it unbuttoned and it will show the black tank top front.
