This is a beautiful dress. Worn once for a wedding. Blue just isn't my color. it has an empire waist, and a tie across the back. it dips low in both the front and back, but keeps your bra hidden. it has gathered detailing at the shoulders and dolmain sleeves. The tie in the back has the lightest but of fraying, but it's in otherwise perfect condition. Very lightweight. It is the slightest bit see through, so depending on where you are wearing it, plan for a slip.
