4th of July Tie Dye Flag Print Patriotic Dress or Swimsuit Cover-Up semi Sheer

This is Brand New, came in plastic package with no tags attached. It is very lightweight and semi sheer. Perfect for swimsuit cover up which is what I believe it was designed for, but you could wear as a dress with the appropriate under garments. This has a crafty hand made vibe with the painted stars haphazardly stamped with a touch of glitter added. There are paint splotches here and there that add to the hand stamped feel, the bottom is a tie dye. It has double spaghetti straps that are not adjustable. The fit is loose and flowy and it is marked/tagged as a 3X but please check measurements as I feel like it fits a bit smaller than that. the top part is not stretchy so the pit to pit is pulled taught. The bottom is more flowy and has asymmetrical hem.
