4th of July Patriotic Top Dress Swim Coverup tunic semi sheer stars stripes

This is Brand New, came in plastic package with no tags attached. It is very lightweight and semi sheer. The weight and feel is like that of a lightweight bandana for reference. Perfect for swimsuit cover up which is what I believe it was designed for, but you could wear as a top or even a dress depending on your height. It is semi sheer. This has a crafty hand made vibe with the painted stars haphazardly stamped with a touch of glitter added. There are paint splotches here and there that add to the hand stamped feel, the bottom is a tie dye. Colors are a vibrant, patriotic red white and blue stars and stripes. The fit is meant to be loose and flowy and it is marked/tagged as a 3X but please check measurements as I feel like it fits smaller than a 3X. The top part is not stretchy so the pit to pit measured both hanging loosely and pulled taught. The bottom is more flowy and has asymmetrical hem.
