Forever 21 small, ruffle v neck blouse.

Floral print, sheer, short sleeve blouse. I have only worn this once, it is very flattering. It is a button down with a wide elasticized waist. It creates a great hourglass figure! Also looks great with a coordinating belt worn over the blouse!
