Hi there. It is loose. It has a stretchy band around te waste and then flows freely. Fitted on top but definitely NOT form

@alxcat hi! I commented but didnt know I needed to use the @. Anyway. It is loose on bottom. It has a stretched waste band under the bust and then is like a cotton sun dress type. Hope that answers your question
