This is the rich, perfectly-curve-shaping material, which made these dresses famous! Classic length and style. I really don't wear strapless anymore in this size, my arms and shoulders look overly buff from work outs. enigma @fashionistas No it is not! It was purchased at the Leger store in Las Vegas, back before the company was bought out. All original Leger dresses have this label, the newer dresses have a slightly different label, as they are made much more inexpensively. I would highly recommend you refrain from posting inaccurate and false statements on listings. I can prove the authenticity on this item and every item in my closet.

enigma @fashionistas Let me explain: The company was bought by Max Azaria, when this happened the labels changed slightly and the dresses became mass produced. Thus, changes to the label..a change in ownership! Suddenly, the dresses that were famous and distinctive became mass produced and even sold at outlets. THIS Dress is an original Herve Leger. I highly recommend you Google a bit further and educate yourself, prior to defaming my listings and trying to soil my name. @goodtaste2012 also has an original Leger up, and it is also pre-buyout.

goodtaste2012 Exactly, before this was bought by Max Azria these dresses were VERY Exclusive and initially really favored by the actresses, celebs, models etc. They also costed much more originally, like my dress that I have listed I didn't buy myself, my hubby got it for me to go to Spago in LA, and he wouldn't tell me how much he paid for it(not that I really insisted on knowing :)- ) but I'm sure he paid at least couple of grands for it, and this was YEARS ago. Also, the overall quality, the cuts, the designs, the materials used were SUPERIOR to how they're done now. The Original HERVE LEGER Bandage dress were so well made you can literally wear them inside out if you had one glass of champagne too many :)

It was indeed a BIG deal to have and to wear these dresses well, and it was so nice, to be the only one wearing that dress, and to not see 20 versions of the same dress, at every turn! Quality & workmanship NEVER looked so fabulous, and they were sexier for not being as overly risqué or mass produced. Thank you for restoring my faith, tonight!😘😘

Us there a way to know by where it's made? Paris? Hong Kong? I know most of the the current ones are made in China.
